Worrying about what other people think of you is a common symptom when we feel insecure and have low self-esteem. There is a 'reason' for this that goes on in our brain, which I speak about here.
Knowing this is going on is super helpful to make it less personal when this type of thinking shows up. AND helps us not to take it all so seriously.
