Are you looking for a catalyst for change in your life? Join me in exploring a radically different approach to change, one that doesn't require effort, struggle, or force. This approach starts with you, from within, and can bring more ease, energy, and freedom to your life.

Through this coaching group and community space, we'll explore a powerful understanding that you can take with you anywhere, in any situation, and apply to any area of your life. It's an opportunity to be yourself, ask questions, and bring up any issues you're struggling with related to change.

If you feel like you've exhausted all options for change and are looking for a fresh perspective, this group is perfect for you. Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety or stress levels, break a habit or addiction, improve a relationship, or boost your self-esteem, this is the space for you. It's important to recognize that the process of change remains the same, regardless of the specific area of your life that you want to improve.

You can receive coaching, or simply listen and learn from others. Sometimes, we gain more insights and clarity when we hear someone else being coached. This space is safe, supportive, and created just for you.

Please note that these sessions won't be recorded. The group is free of charge, but registration is required. I can't wait to welcome you into the community!

Groups are held on Wednesdays bi-weekly at 1pm UK time (GMT) (2pm CET; 8am EST; 5am PST; 7am CST).
