Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Last updated: 12th July 2019  


Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using website operated by Lindsey Elliott (“I” "us", "we", or "our").


Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.


By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree

with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.



If you wish to purchase any product, package or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, mobile number, address, bank account details, PayPal information.


Cancellation of appointments

We require a 24 hour notice period to cancel appointments. If you do not provide the required 24 hour notice period we have the right to forgo your appointment. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy below for further details.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lindsey Elliott.


Lindsey Elliott has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content,

privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Lindsey Elliott shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.



We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy


I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide me with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, I can adjust my schedule accordingly and I may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list.


I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and I will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency.


Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ for single appointments will be charged a cancellation fee each time.  Here is the general breakdown of cancellation fees:

•    Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
•    ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount


Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ for appointments that are part of a purchased package may have to be forfeited but I will do my best to reschedule the appointment for you.


As a courtesy, I do contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment.


Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call or email to double check any appointments, if you’re unsure.


In the unlikely event, due to illness or emergency, I need to cancel an appointment with you, this will be rescheduled at a time that suits you.


Late Policy


I will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However if you are late it can affect the remainder of my appointments that day by delaying them for other clients.


For this reason, I have set a few general ground rules for such situations.


Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10 minute grace period.  After that time, I will call to check you are on your way.


If you are able to make it in time for your entire appointment to be completed, great!  If not, we may have to reschedule the whole appointment, orr use the remainder of the appointment time only. This will allow me to continue to my allocated time slots for the next client to ensure they are not kept waiting for their appointment. I will always aim to accommodate you so that you can have your full appointment time but this may not always be possible.


Please, always call if you even think you might be late; I’d rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day. In this case, you will still be charged 100% of the original appointment scheduled.


Here is a general breakdown of my late fees:

If the client arrives late but within the allotted time, but has to forgo some parts of the appointment 100% of the booked appointment charge will apply.


If the client does not arrive in time for the service to be completed, you will be charged 100% of the booked appointment.


Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you. These policies allow me the opportunity to ensure the smooth running of my business.



Promotions, Offers & Packages


All offers, promotions and packages are subject to the following terms and conditions:


Offers are not cumulative.


Terms apply to each individual package in terms of package length and number of sessions. See individual packages for details. (For example the 6 month package must be completed within 6 months of the first appointment.)


If you wish to purchase additional sessions after the completion of your package, please do discuss this with me.


Refunds on promotions and packages sold are not available. However in cases of emergency I am happy to reschedule appointments, or the whole package, to a time that suits you.


Promotions are sold as a maximum of 1 per person. You may also buy another promotion as a gift.


Promotions & Pre Payments are not transferable.


I very much appreciate your business, as well as your adherence and understanding with this policies.
