CHANGE CATALYST:
3 or 6-MONTH LIFE TRANSFORMATION

Cat-a-lyst, noun: An agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action.

Have you had enough of trying to force yourself, your feelings or circumstances to change?

Have you been on a self-help journey for many years only to find true contentment remains elusive?

Does change feel like hard work, or like you don't have enough determination, motivation or drive to make it happen?

'Change Catalyst Coaching'  has a radically different approach to change and transformation so that you can:

  • Create the life you really want to live

  • Live with ease, peace and freedom

  • Tap into your innate resilience, confidence and happiness

Whatever you are struggling with, or want to see transformed in your life, I am here to support you to experience deep and lasting change.

“Lindsey is a superb and inspiring coach. She created a safe and relaxed space for me to explore my self-critical thoughts and assumptions. That it felt so natural is testament to how skilful and experienced she is. Before I started working with her I was worried I wouldn’t find the right words or that I’d be awkward – but Lindsey is so easy to talk to and so good at what she does that instead each session flew by, and was filled with insight, understanding and positivity. I can’t recommend her enough!Diana, Brighton

Broadly speaking there may be two reasons why you are seeking coaching, or a change in your life:

  1. Targeted transformation: you have a specific change you want to experience.

Maybe you have a relationship issue or are coming to terms with a divorce or separation. Of find dealing with difficult people a challenge. You may experience loneliness and can’t find a way out.

Or you may feel stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted much of the time.

Perhaps you are experiencing parenting dramas and would like an easier, calmer relationship with your child.

Or you are trying to come to terms with being childless not through choice, or have experienced fertility issues. Or are experiencing significant grief or loss that is impacting your quality of life.

It could be you are challenged by your emotional or mental health, finding yourself low, angry or frustrated more than you would like. Or have difficulty making decisions.

Maybe you want freedom from negative thinking and a busy mind.

Perhaps you are unfulfilled at work or in your home life, or have money issues that keep you awake at night.

You may find yourself navigating the life-transition of perimenopause and its associated symptoms. You may not recognise yourself anymore.

(Just so you know, I've had my fair share of these)

2. Inner fulfilment: you may have an outwardly fulfilling life and yet don’t feel happy.

You may not have apparent problems, and may be successful in many areas of your life. However you may feel “There is nothing wrong with my life, why do I feel this way?” Or "Is this all there is?" (This one was me by the way.)

Or you maybe you wish to explore your spiritual nature,  or how you can have a deeper more connected experience in life.

You may be someone who is curious to discover who you are really are, and what your true potential is. You may be excited to explore a new direction in your life, or to discover what you can really achieve.

If there is something you want to change in your life but you haven't been able to get there yourself,

I am here to help you to make that transformation.

“I originally approached Lindsey feeling lost. I needed help making some big decisions in a few areas of my life - where to live, whether to have children, what to do with my career. I imagined I would come away with all of those big questions answered, but what I actually got was something far richer. Lindsey has inspired me to look at life differently in so many ways - to trust that inner wisdom will steer your decisions and that all of us have the resilience to cope with any experience life gives us. Lindsey has given me the confidence to have faith in the fact that everything will happen entirely as it is meant to.. and has reminded me that I just need to enjoy the journey!” Kirsty, Brighton

HOW IT WORKS

The coaching programmes I offer are akin to an immersion. They consist of one-to-one sessions with me, but also contact in between sessions. I only work with a handful of clients at any one time, as this allows me to be fully there for you during our time working together. I am totally committed to your transformation and the change you want to see, but it is a partnership.  To get the most from our time together, you will need to allow some time outside of the sessions for reflection, integration and listening to recordings/reading etc. You also have as much support from me outside of session as you need, via WhatsApp or email.

Each programme is unique to you and your needs. What we cover and explore together is as individual as you are. This programme is designed around a format that I have found to be very effective, with most of my clients having three sessions a month, followed by a weeks 'break' for integration and reflection. However you can space the sessions weekly with no break if you wish to.

Working with me over a sustained, regular period of time allows for the greatest change to occur and creates the space for your transformation to happen. Programmes offer the best value for ongoing change, transformation and support. The longer we work together the more cost effective it becomes.

I am available for both online (you can be anywhere!) or face-to-face sessions (held in Brighton).

The investment for this life-changing programme is:

   3-month Change Catalyst programme £1377

   6-month Change Catalyst programme £2597

Payment plans are available.

What are you waiting for? Today is your time for change. You deserve to thrive not just survive.

"To call Lindsey a 'life coach' is rather unsatisfying as her firebrand mix of compassion, wisdom, intuition and therapeutic excellence is so much more than this. Working with Lindsey is profoundly transformational and lasting change happens very quickly. I am very lucky to have had Lindsey as the catalyst for some major breakthroughs and would in a heartbeat, entrust the welfare of my friends and family to her."

  • How is this way of helping me with anxiety different?
Most therapies or techniques look to stop the feeling of anxiety through various means. Or they look at behavioural change so that you don’t feel anxious. They might view you as an ‘anxious person’, maybe even with a diagnosis such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder. You may have been told you will have to manage your anxiety for the rest of you life but will never be free of it. The approach in this coaching programme views the experience of anxiety in a completely different way, that has nothing to do with who you are as a person. Other approaches innocently misidentify with the mind and the feelings of anxiety as being who you are, and/or are something that can be managed. This coaching programme offers a simple, yet profound understanding of how we function as humans, that is technique-free, so that you finally understand the anxious experience which ultimately sets you free.
  • I'm not anxious but I worry a lot, can this programme help me too?
Worry can be seen as simply 'low grade' anxiety. With worry, we tend to notice it less as the experience isn't as intense and it may not impact our lives in the same way. However it can also hold us back in many ways. The content and coaching experience in 'Break Up With Anxiety' is absolutely helpful for worry too (I wanted to call this programme 'Break Up With Anxiety and Worry' but it was too long!)
  • But I have health/social/driving anxiety, or panic attacks, OCD. Will this programme still work for me?
Even though it looks very true that different types of anxiety may need different ‘treatments’ or approaches, the simplicity of the understanding I am trained in means that it is effective for any type of anxiety, and also OCD. The content of what the mind choses to focus on doesn’t matter (such as health or driving). It’s seeing how the mind is working that brings freedom.
  • Will this approach work for me?
Whilst I cannot guarantee an outcome from this coaching programme, what I can guarantee is that I will provide the ‘container’ in which you have the best possible chance of breaking up with anxiety. It does require you to show up and fully engage with the process. I will support you in any way I can to help you break up with anxiety.
  • What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
There are many different types of both coaching and therapy. Broadly speaking, therapy mostly looks at exploring the past, or what has happened in our life. Often strategies and techniques are taught to help someone to cope. The focus of this coaching is somewhat different in that it’s less about coping and strategies, and more about understanding anxiety. Understanding anxiety can bring freedom from it. We also focus on realising (maybe for the first time) that we are not broken and our wellbeing is always present. The relationship between coach and client tends to differ from therapist and client. There is contact in-between sessions, unlike in the therapy model, and a more personal nature to the coaching relationship.
  • Why chose me as your coach?
As well as being a fully certified Change Coach and Registered Three Principles Practitioner, I am also a former anxious and worried person. Not only do I coach from my training but also from my own direct experience as a human being, who has suffered with worry and anxiety for most of my life. This is the only understanding that has truly given me freedom (as well as many of my clients).
  • How are the coaching sessions carried out?
Coaching sessions are carried out via Zoom. You will be given a link to my online calendar to book your sessions. All sessions are recorded.
  • How does the WhatsApp coaching work?
You simply voice message, or type your questions, issues, reflections into WhatsApp. You can send me as many messages as you like and I will reply once within 24 hours (almost always it’s sooner) during the business week (Monday through Friday)
  • What is the payment plan?
The first payment of £777 is due before you start your coaching programme, and the second payment of £500 is due 4 weeks later
  • How long does 'Break Up With Anxiety' coaching programme last?
The minimum amount of time you need to commit to is 8 weeks. Mostly my clients have a weekly coaching session but things come up and sometimes we have a weeks 'break'. So the coaching programme may take 9 or 10 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks. All coaching sessions must be taken within 12 weeks of the start date.
  • Can you guarantee I will break up with anxiety?
Sorry but no! I can't guarantee that you will never feel anxious or worried again. This is a partnership and so much of the success of this programme will be down to how you show up. What I can guarantee that as your coach I will provide everything you need to have the best possible chance of breaking free. And that the understanding I share has helped 1000s of people around the world to break free (including me!)
  • How is this way of helping me with addiction different?
Most therapies or techniques for addiction look at behavioural change so that you can resist urges. They might view you as an ‘addicted person’, maybe even with a diagnosis. You may have been told you will have to manage your addiction, or habit, for the rest of you life but will never be free of it. The approach in this coaching programme views the experience of addiction in a completely different way, that has nothing to do with who you are as a person. Other approaches innocently misidentify with the mind and the feelings of addiction as being who you are, and/or are something that can be managed. This coaching programme offers a simple, yet profound understanding of how we function as humans, that is technique-free, so that you finally understand the addiction experience, which ultimately sets you free.
  • My addiction is: smoking, alcohol misuse, drug misuse, shopping, porn, food, binge eating, sugar, internet. Will this work for me?
Even though it looks very true that different types of addiction may need different ‘treatments’ or approaches, the simplicity of the understanding I am trained in means that it is effective for any type of addiction or habit. The content of what the mind choses to focus on doesn’t matter (such as cigarettes or food). It’s seeing how the mind is working that brings freedom.
  • Can you guarantee I will break up with my addiction or habit?
Sorry but no! I can't guarantee that you quit your addiction or habit during the 8 week programme. This is a partnership and so much of the success of this programme will be down to how you show up. What I can guarantee that as your coach I will provide everything you need to have the best possible chance of breaking free. And that the understanding I share has helped 1000s of people around the world to break free (including me!)

Lindsey has a lovely essence and wisdom. Through her coaching I felt at ease to speak openly and truthfully about things in my life I had never voiced. Lindsey's kindness and compassion allowed me to feel safe and to challenge my own thinking processes and to poke holes in beliefs I had held as truths. If you are looking for a space to explore new ideas, challenge old thinking I cannot recommend Lindsey enough; she is a true gem."
