CORPORATE WELLNESS
In 2019 the World Health Organisation officially classified burnout and included it in it's 11th Revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11). This is now considered to be a global issue. WHO defines burnout as "a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed". Burnout affects 76% of empolyees at some point in their career, and 42% of employees leave their jobs due to burnout. In addition to this there is a mental health crisis, with stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm and low self-esteem at an all-time high in the UK. According to the MHFA, mental ill health is responsible for 72 million working days lost and costs £34.9 billion each year.
Offering wellbeing support to your staff is now non-negotiable.

There is a crisis in mental health, levels of burnout are at an all-time high and the NHS is overwhelmed with demand for their services. Lindsey Elliott Coaching programmes work with a new paradigm of understanding mental health and wellbeing that can greatly help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and can help support productivity, creativity and attendance. Staff retention, wellbeing, health and interpersonal relationships with colleagues can all be improved.
Give value and support to your staff and organisation by offering this powerful and personalised coaching support.

If you have employees who are struggling with stress levels, mental health issues, or are off-sick with stress or burnout, a one-to-one coaching programme can be a truly valuable way to help them back to work and/or to offer professional support to them.

I have successfully managed and delivered a one-to-one coaching support service for Kent and Medway CCG to over 20 health and social care staff.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
LEAH, CAREWORKER
“Lindsey was fantastic to speak too, I felt reassured and at ease whenever I spoke with Lindsey. Nothing was ever too much. Without Lindsey I wouldn't of had the confidence to go for a promotion at work and have such a clearer head in day to day life. Anyone who feels like they need some sort of clarification and/ or just someone to talk too should have the opportunity to speak to Lindsey and learn that they can achieve whatever they want too, as this is what I have certainly learnt in a short space of time. Every session I left understanding more and feeling less anxious
HAYLEY, SAFEGUARDING LIASON HEALTH VISITOR
I contacted Lindsey after a relaxation session provided through my work place. I was redeployed during Covid and given a role that involves reading and attending child safeguarding minutes/meetings. This was beginning to have a profound effect on me and I felt I was beginning to experience PTSD. Through sessions with Lindsey she helped me reduce my anxiety and change my thought process . She helped me look at different coping strategies and how to put things in to context so that I didn’t become overwhelmed. I think if I had not of had sessions with her I would have gone off sick and possibly left the organisation altogether. She offered simple practical advice and really listened. She helped me to find my own solutions to problems and I am now able to do the job better and I no longer feel that I am overwhelmed with what I am exposed to
JO, NURSE
Being supported by Lindsey helped immensely with my return to work as an NHS nurse . I was off sick with extreme anxiety and was struggling. Being able to now largely manage my anxiety with a greater understanding following sessions with Lindsey has changed my mind-set for the better. I am back at work and although some days are better than others I am now learning to manage my anxiety ... I have got my life back, thank you . Your service made a huge difference
