You don’t have to earn being enough, you are already enough


Does it feel like everyone else feels confident and secure? And you are constantly not sure of yourself, don’t feel good enough or you question your worth? Does it feel like other people's opinions, or happiness matter more than your own?

You may have been trying to feel good enough, and secure within yourself, by going on a self-improvement journey. Perhaps you have read many books on how to fix your self-esteem problem. Or have attended numerous workshops, or have been writing affirmations, journaling, meditating, tapping, clearing out limiting beliefs, in an effort to simply feel OK in your skin.


But what if it’s much easier and simpler than all this?

I see so many people struggling with feeling insecure, anxious, self-conscious, lacking confidence, believing they are damaged or broken in some way. Who are constantly trying to ‘improve’ themselves. Most people are searching for a feeling of ‘good enough’, being comfortable with who they are, in their own skin.


There is a prevalent belief that our self- worth and feeling ‘enough’ comes things outside of ourselves - from the job or role that you fulfil, from your children, from how much money you earn, or how you look.


But what of none of that is true?

I get it—you're struggling with your sense of worth, you're frustrated by still feeling insecure and not good enough, and you feel defeated because of all the things you’ve already tried that haven't worked. Trust me, you're not alone. I've been in your shoes, and that's precisely why I want to help.

I spent over 20 years in the spiritual/self-help world, where I was constantly reading books, doing exercises, repeating affirmations, meditating, going on courses, having healings; in short, I was constantly working on myself. I had an underlying sense that I wasn’t good enough and I needed to be better. This is something a lot of people identify with, and you may identify with. Then I came across an understanding that changed everything for me, including my sense of feeling secure and good enough. And I want to share this with you.


Imagine a life where your insecurity isn’t holding you back. Picture yourself feeling good enough, knowing you are OK, having let go of the need to fix yourself. This isn't some far-off dream; it's completely achievable. In this course we will explore together a completely different, technique-free understanding to transform your experience of insecurity, low self-esteem and not feeling good enough.  I will be your guide on the journey, a co-traveller if you like.

How This Course Will Help You

In this course we will look at understanding the ‘root’ of all low self-esteem and not feeling good enough. This is not a course with more techniques to ‘overcome’ not feeling good enough or worthy enough. This course aims to end the need for more self-help or self-improvement. It’s exhausting and time consuming, and doesn’t get us where we want to be anyway!


Here some of the topics we will cover:

  • How the 'not-feeling-good-enough' experience begins

  • The role of the brain in self-esteem and feeling insecure

  • Conditioning and other influences of our self-esteem

  • How our own thinking is the ‘real’ and only issue

  • Why looking outside of ourselves for security never works

  • How to deal with what other people think of you and people pleasing

  • Why taking the focus off of you and improving yourself is key to feeling good about yourself

  • How confidence doesn’t have to be built or strengthened

  • How we already have all the self-esteem and worth we could ever need


This is a short course but my wish for you is that it starts you on the journey to a very real and long-lasting transformation of you feel about yourself, and what you believe you can achieve. So that you can experience a life of feeling good about yourself, sure of your choices and comfortable in your own skin.


What's Included

  • You'll receive four audio lessons, one for each week of the course, to download and keep.

  • Weekly reflection points for you to focus on, as you go about your day-to-day life

  • Four live 90-minute group coaching calls where you can receive personal support or simply listen. All calls will be recorded and you will have access to them for 6 months.

  • After the completion of the course, access to an exclusive discount should you wish to explore a 1:1 coaching programme with me


Much of the potential transformation from this course comes from the live group calls, so as much as your life allows, please create the space and time to attend these live!
