This question was sent to me by someone in my community, looking for some help and support with her experience of stuttering.
This video will also be helpful for anyone who has an external circumstance that is unlikely to change, such as a long-term health condition, or a relationship that is unlikely to change. I also speak about those of us who have anxiety around speaking up for ourselves, or don't say what we really want to.
