Somewhere along the way, many of us picked up the idea that we’re not enough. That we need fixing. That our worth is something to earn or prove. We live in a world obsessed with self-improvement—but what if the constant need to fix yourself is the problem?
In this short, powerful video, I use a simple example—my dog Ash—to remind us of what we’ve forgotten: your worth isn’t based on how you feel, what you’ve been through, or how well you’re doing at life. It’s already there. Already intact.
Insecurity, self-doubt, anxiety… these aren’t signs that something’s wrong with you. They’re just passing thoughts. Not facts. Not flaws.
We spend so much time trying to get rid of these feelings, trying to become someone who finally feels “worthy.” Let’s stop wasting this energy trying to become “enough.” You already are.
