Meet Sue™ Monthly Session
The monthly space where we get to know the voice
in your head well enough to realise she isn't you.
TOGETHER
We don't come here to fix anything.

We come here to remember there's nothing wrong with us. That the anxious, careful, never-quite-enough thinking that feels like personality, like just who you are, is thinking. And thinking isn't truth, however loud it gets.

That voice has a name. Sue. She means well. She's trying to keep you safe, keep you liked, keep you ahead of every way life could go wrong. And she is exhausting, because there's no end to the job she's given herself.

So once a month we meet her. We look at her in the clear light of a specific thing, friendship, money, comparison, the decision that keeps you up, and we see what she actually is. When you see Sue as Sue, something lifts. You don't have to argue with her or silence her or affirm your way past her. You just stop mistaking her for you.

That's the whole thing. And it's free.

How it works
We meet at 5pm UK, the first Tuesday of every month. (5pm UK | 6pm CET | 12pm ET | 11am CT | 10am MT | 9am PT)
Sue is the framework I give to the voice in your head, the inner critical, overly responsible one. She runs on three drives, which spell her name: Safety, Uncertainty and Exposure. Keeping you safe from everything that could go wrong, bracing you for everything you can't know, protecting you from being seen and found wanting. Once you can spot which drive is doing the talking, the whole thing gets a lot less convincing.
Each session takes one topic, one place Sue tends to get loud. I'll teach from the Meet Sue framework, we'll look at how it's showing up for you, and there's time for coaching and your specific questions. You leave more settled, more present, and a little more certain that the problem was never you.

What's coming up

3rd November, Why there's nothing wrong with you. The foundation of what we explore. Where this stubborn sense of not-enough actually comes from, and why no amount of doing more has ever shifted it.
1st December, Sue and other people. The season of managing everyone's feelings, bracing yourself for the comments, deciding who you need to be at which table. We'll look at the exhausting belief that you're responsible for how other people feel, and what happens the moment you aren't.

5th January, Sue and the pressure to become someone new. She gets properly loud right now. New year, new you, fix this, lose that, finally get it together. We'll take the whole lot apart. Fuck the pressure. You can walk into the year exactly as you are.

Come as you are. That's rather the point.
