Click on one video about anxiety, and suddenly your entire feed is full of them.

Your mind is not that different.


The more attention you give anxious thoughts, the more your mind assumes they are important. It keeps sending more of them your way.


No wonder it can start to feel endless.


But what most people have never been told is this:

You do not have to engage with every anxious thought your mind produces.


In the video below I explain why anxious thinking works a lot like an algorithm, and what begins to happen when you stop clicking into every thought your mind serves up.


Many of the thoughts that create anxiety are simply predictions and imagined scenarios. When we stop treating them as warnings that must be analysed, they often start to lose their grip.
