I recently watched the Victoria Beckham documentary, and one moment at the end really struck me because it captures the heart of what I help people see in my work.
In the final scene, David asks Victoria why she still feels she has something to prove, and he suggests that maybe she’s trying to prove to herself that she’s good enough. It’s such a powerful reflection of what so many of us do — chasing success, approval, or achievement in the hope that one day we’ll finally feel okay.
But that sense of “enoughness” doesn’t come from anything outside of us. It’s already within us, always has been, always will be. We simply need the 'eyes' to see it and know it.
Watch this short video to see why real peace and self-worth aren’t found in achievement, but in remembering who you already are.
