Anxiety about our children's future (or anyone we love).

Logically we know we can't know what the future holds for us and our loved ones. But this doesn't stop our minds from going there - to imagined scenarios, possible outcomes and any manner of dark places. If we see some 'benefit' to anxious thinking, we will continue to go down the 'rabbit hole' with it. This can affect our mood and ability to listen to our children when our minds are caught up. I point us here to the fact that anxious thought about the future has no benefit, how we can see through the anxious thinking, and how we are always guided by our wisdom, in real-time.
