Ask Me Anything: I struggle to choose to do the 'positive' things in my life.




It's a common human experience to sometimes struggle to choose to do the 'positive' things we know are good for us. It can seem like we choose to do the 'negative' thing instead, over and over.


Emma frequently finds herself struggling to choose positive actions despite knowing they are beneficial for her. This repeated pattern of opting for negative choices leaves her perplexed and yearning for an understanding of this behaviour. Emma believes that understanding the underlying reasons behind this pattern would enable her to successfully implement the changes she wants to make.
