It can seem so convincing that it's our circumstances that create anxious or worried feelings in us....but what if this isn't true?
We can see that not everyone gets worried about their health, or air travel, their kids, or driving but we know we do, and it can seem like it's the activity that is causing the feeling. We might know intellectually, or on some rational level, that it's not the circumstance itself, but it doesn't stop us getting really caught up in it and avoiding things so we don't feel anxious (which is totally OK!).
