Why Googling symptoms isn't helpful when you have health anxiety.


When we experience health anxiety, or find ourselves excessively concerned about our health, it tends to lead us down the path of searching the internet for information regarding our symptoms. Unfortunately, this often results in our anxious minds fixating on worst-case scenarios.
