A different approach to weight loss, dieting and body image.

Here I am exploring looking in a different direction when we want to lose weight. If you have tried SO many times to lose weight, or to like your body, maybe it's time to try something new. I explain here what is really going on, how we aren't our experiences and what we really have going for us. When we stop looking to change our behaviour and look instead to understanding our mind works and who we really are, change is effortless and permanent. We don't have to add so much painful meaning about who we are as a person, because we are overweight or over eat. We can see what is temporary and changing within us, and what is stable. Seeing what is stable helps us to change with more ease and grace.
