In my many years working one to one with clients as a nutritional therapist I have seen many people come with the wonderful goal of transitioning to a healthier diet and lifestyle. And whilst this is a beneficial goal, I have found that most people tend to innocently approach it back to front.

They enlist the help of a nutritional therapist to guide them (or force them!) in how to eat more healthily. However, when this desire comes from a place of wanting to fix yourself, or simply force yourself to stick to that new diet THIS TIME, eventually our willpower runs out, and we return to our old ways of eating and being. There is another more successful way. I have now changed how I work with clients seeking nutritional therapy support. During this coaching programme, we start by examining your beliefs about food, why you are in the pattern you are with food and what role food plays in your life.


As you come to see the deeper truths about your emotional eating, or the rules you have around food, this truth sets you free of this psychology. From this new understanding of how you work, and how your mind works, healthy eating becomes innate, easy and joyful. Rather than forcing yourself to eat healthier foods, you will become attuned to what your unique body needs, as opposed to what you think you should be eating.

Towards the end of the coaching programme, when the thinking you experience about food is transforming, we can spend some sessions looking at what to eat, as well as easy ways to incorporate healthy foods and lifestyle practices into your life. You can ask me any questions you have about food, nutrition and what to eat for great energy, and a healthy body. However we don’t start this until your relationship with food is transformed.

You will leave this coaching programme, not only with a renewed relationship with food and your body, but also all of the practical resources, and nutrition knowledge that you need, and your questions answered.

You and your body have all the wisdom you need to know how to fuel your body towards health. Our work together will point you towards this innate wisdom, as well as the innate power you have within you to nourish yourself.

I will help you to trust yourself to choose food that suits your body, your life and your health. You will trust your body again. However long you have been in battle with food and your body, you deserve freedom from this for the rest of your life.

After we have decided that we want to work together I will suggest a programme that is bespoke to you in terms of length, frequency of sessions etc. Everyone is different, so every package is different. How we will work together is unique. For example, I may suggest a 2 to 3 day intensive to get us started followed by weekly or bi-weekly calls. Or simply straight into weekly or bi-weekly calls. You, of course, have the final word on the package details! 


You can work with me on a 3, 6 or 9 month coaching programme. Please be aware that the minimum length of time I work with my clients is 3 months. Sessions are up to 90 minutes long. 

Pricing: As each package is bespoke the exact cost will be worked out according to what is needed to support you to create the change you desire. To give you a ‘ball park’ idea, the cost of a typical 3 month coaching programme is £1750. Paying monthly or by an instalment plan is available.

In addition to the one-to-one sessions, the programme includes:

  • Unlimited email access in between sessions for support, as needed.

  • If something comes up, we can have a 10 to 15 minute call in between sessions, if needed.

  • During the coaching phase of the programme I will send you resources from myself and other teachers (such as videos, webinars, blogs etc.) and recommendations for further learning, if this interests you.

  • Towards the end of the programme, we can spend 1 or 2 of the remaining sessions looking specifically at what to eat. You'll have  time to ask any nutrition related questions you may have (the number of these specific sessions will vary from client to client).

  • At the end of the programme, receive resources such as recipes, nutrition protocols and information specific to you and your life (the content of this will vary from client to client).
