During the Covid-19 pandemic it may feel like there is more uncertainty in the world, and our minds often start to rev up with 'what if' thinking...what if I get sick, what if I lose my job, what if the kids are off school for months....I explore why this thinking isn't useful and why we can ignore it. We have wisdom in the moment to guide us which we can always rely on.
