Dealing with expectations and disappointments


Having expectations and then feeling disappointed if they don't come to fruition seems part and parcel of being human. Sometimes we can suffer hugely if something we want in life doesn't work out as we wanted it to.


It is always totally OK to feel disappointed and to have expectations. However when we can see them as thought-created-preferences, rather than vital-to-our-happiness or wellbeing, we naturally suffer less. Listen in as I speak about this more.
