Ask Me Anything: How can it be true there is nothing 'wrong' with us or nothing to fix?

Updated: Mar 9

Sally has sent in a great question that is one something I share with all my clients.

She asks: " I've heard lots of people say that there isn't anything 'wrong' with us, there isn't anything to 'fix' and that we are always OK. Whilst I love the idea that this is true, I struggle to believe this when I can't stop binge eating. I know it's detrimental to my health and wellbeing. How can this not need to be fixed?"

Listen in to hear my reply, and see my lovely diagram :)
