A helpful metaphor for problem-solving and making a decision.

When we have a problem we tend to go to our intellect and think 'harder' about something in order to find a solution. Invariably we feel pretty tense and tight when this happens (as we are always feeling our thinking). When our mind is busy ruminating about a problem, often the 'solution' doesn't appear to us. We end up more frustrated and anxious. I use a helpful metaphor to explain this, and suggest an easier route and place to look for solutions.
