I am available for both online (you can be anywhere!) or face-to-face sessions (held in Brighton).
Working with me over a sustained, regular period of time allows for the greatest change to occur and creates the time for your transformation to happen. Programmes offer the best value for ongoing change, transformation and support.
After we have decided that we want to work together I will suggest a programme that is bespoke to you in terms of length, frequency of sessions etc. Everyone is different, so every programme is different. How we will work together is unique. For example, I may suggest a 2 to 3 day intensive to get us started followed by weekly or bi-weekly calls. Or simply straight into weekly or bi-weekly calls. You, of course, have the final word on the package details.
You can work with me on a 3, 6 or 9 month coaching programme. Please be aware that the minimum length of time I work with my clients is 3 months. Sessions are up to 90 minutes long.
The coaching programmes I offer are akin to an immersion. They consist of one to one calls with me, but also contact in between sessions. I only work with a handful of clients at any one time, as this allows me to be 'fully' there for you during our time working together. I am totally committed to your transformation and the change you want to see, but it is a partnership. To get the most from our time together, ideally you would allow some time for reflection, integration and listening to recordings/reading etc.
Pricing: As each package is bespoke the exact cost will be worked out according to your programme details. To give you a ‘ball park’ idea, the cost of a typical 3 month coaching programme is £1500. Paying monthly or by an instalment plan is available.
As well as one to one sessions, all packages include:
Unlimited coaching support via email, as needed, in between sessions.
If something comes up, we can have a 10 to 15 minute call in between sessions, or an exchange of voice messages.
During the coaching programme I will send you resources from myself and other teachers (such as videos, webinars, blogs, books etc.) and recommendations for further learning.
