Integration session (90 min)

 

One month after the six months end, we reconnect for 90 minutes to reflect on what's changed, what feels solid, and what's still settling. This isn't an add-on. It's part of how the work lasts.

Unbound is a 6 month 1:1 coaching experience. Everything is tailored to you but what changes is always the same:

A radical shift in how you see yourself, that makes all the “fixing” irrelevant.

Here’s a summary of what’s included:

6 Months of 1:1 Coaching Calls

  • 6 months together, personally guided by me

  • First session: 90 minutes

  • The first six sessions are weekly to build momentum

  • After that, sessions continue regularly across the remaining months

  • Calls are on Zoom and recorded, so you can revisit insights whenever you want.

Weekly Life Experiments (Instead of Homework)

  • At the end of each call, we’ll agree on a Life Experiment — a way to look in your own life and see if what we explored holds true.

  • This isn’t homework or another thing on your list.

  • It’s about noticing, in real time, how your experience shifts when you stop fixing.

  • Transformation happens when the truth proves itself in your daily life.

 

Resources You Can Use in Daily Life

  • Each week, I’ll send you a resource — a podcast, audio, or video.

  • I’ll tailor the resources to where you are in our conversations and your understanding.

  • These are designed to integrate effortlessly into your life — you can listen while walking, driving, or moving through your day.

​The programme is intentionally set up this way to help you stay connected and engaged with what you’re seeing, even as you move through everyday life.
