Pear, Kale and Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidants, beneficial fats & has immune supporting and anti-inflammatory nutrients.


Serves 1


Ingredients:

½ avocado

1 large handful of kale

1 pear, peeled

1 tsbp ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp protein powder

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

2 tsp Maca powder (great for hormones!)

½ tsp turmeric powder and grind of black pepper (the black pepper helps the absorption of the turmeric)

200ml plant based mylk or coconut water

Optional: 2 tbsp broccoli sprouts, or other sprouts


Toppings: sugar-free granola and pumpkin seeds


Blend and serve!
