Are you overloaded or overwhelmed?
If you are feeling stressed or pressured, knowing the difference can be so helpful.
If we are overloaded (too much to do in any given timeframe for one human being), then we can take some things off our to do list, delegate or ask for help.
If we are overwhelmed, seeing that our mind is talking to us, over and over, about all the things we have to do, can be enough to get some distance from it.
Overwhelmed is only ever held in the mind, and you don't have to listen to it.
Maybe you have a bit of both...in which case, delegating or taking things off your plate, plus knowing the stressed feeling is coming from a busy, overactive mind will go a long way to feeling calmer.
