Anxiety is brilliant feedback, but what for?!

Rather than a feeling to be feared, or pushed away or avoided, anxiety is a brilliant feedback mechanism of the body-mind.

The feedback the feeling is giving you, isn't about the circumstance that you find yourself in (or are worrying about), it's feedback that you are lost if your head...this is the case for all of us, as it's part of the amazing human design ☺️

We might not like the feeling of anxiety and worry but it isn't a sign that we are broken, defunct or damaged in some way. It's a knock on the door to bring us back to here and now.
