The meditation group is for anyone who is looking for more peace, happiness, and joy in their lives. If you are feeling any degree of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional or physical health issues, this meditation is for you! If you are feeling good in your life but wish to connect more deeply to your Self and/or the Divine, this meditation is also for you.
My vision for the meditation group is that it is a supportive, peaceful, safe and fun space. The essence is to go deeper within, and connect more with your true Self – the innate peace, wisdom, calm and love that is within us all.
The meditations sessions are suitable for complete beginners or experienced meditators. My wish is for this meditation group to be accessible to all. All you need to do is bring yourself. I do hope you will join me to experience this transformational, unique and empowering style of meditation.

This style of meditation is more closely aligned to the Buddhist path of understanding the mind, clearing away mental noise chatter and returning to inner peace. This meditation is fully guided but also includes a period of silent meditation. We will use the breath, our power of visualisation and quiet sacred music to enter the still place within us all. Practicing this style of meditation regularly will help to expand your understanding of how the human mind works, and to raise your level of consciousness. If you prefer a quieter but not fully silent meditation experience, this one is for you.
